Led by Dr. Noah Williamson, Life University (Class of 2025), we focus on adaptability, flexibility, and resilience. Our office is lighthearted when that fits and serious when it matters. Every patient is seen and heard as a unique person.

How We Care: Neurologically Focused, Patient-First

Your story comes first. We listen, then use INSIGHT scans (including HRV) to see how stress is impacting your body and to design a plan that fits you. Day 1 includes your history and a chiropractic and neurological evaluation; Day 2 covers a clear report of findings, your personalized plan, and your first adjustment.

To make getting started easy, your first exam is $97 (a $185 value) during our first two months after opening and includes your health history, a chiropractic exam, and a neurological evaluation. Same-day appointments and walk-ins are available.

Care is gentle and specific, using techniques like Diversified, Logan Basic, Thompson, Toggle Upper Cervical, SOT, and Network Spinal. Adjustments can be delivered by hand or with instruments based on what your body needs. Kids receive ultra-light touch and a playful, parent-friendly approach; expectant moms receive Webster-informed care that keeps comfort and safety front and center. Dr. Noah likes to say an adjustment is like tuning an instrument so your body can play its best song.

Dr. Noah grew up nearby and chose Eldersburg for its small-town heart and strong community ties. Our office sits in a convenient Liberty Road hub near grocery runs, the gym, and coffee, so getting adjusted can fit right into everyday life.
